About The Owner
Cullen Speakman
Cullen graduated from Penn State University in 1988 and worked for Air Products, Stone & Webster Engineering (TVA Nuclear Power Plant), Morgan Trucks, Polymer Plastics, Hershey Foods, and Yuasa-Exide from 1988 to 1993.
During that time, I held positions as Draftsman, Designer, Researcher, and Head of CAD Management. I gathered knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Seismic, Structural, and Nuclear Engineering disciplines.
After a 6-month temporary assignment at The Hershey Company, I left to become the Lead Recreational Battery Designer at Yuasa-Exide but was asked by The Hershey Company to start my own business in 1993, Speakman Sourcing & Machine Design, to advance their internal Reverse Engineering initiatives and have continued to do so till this day.
Since 1993, I have also helped over 200 corporations, manufacturing plants, and individuals with their Reverse Engineering, Design, and Part Procurement needs. I am also an Adjunct Professor with certifications to teach SolidWorks and Mechanical Design at the college level.

Unfortunately, I cannot relay some of the most interesting projects, designs, or experiences due to confidentiality agreements to protect sensitive information, but I will do my best to relay common information and hopefully gain your confidence and exceed your expectations.
